Contest - When You Wander

...you might run into monsters that'll eat your face off!

EDIT 7/19/09: Since the old BG was really rushed, I decided to come back and fix it up. Plus I fixed up the shading a tad bit to be a bit cleaner. I know the contest is over, but I still wanted to fix it up. As well as give it a better title. CX :END EDIT

I totally screwed this up :C
The "lineart" of this looked so much better.
"Lineart" because technically its not inked or anything, it's sketched with pencil, which I don't entirely consider line work. BUT ANYWAY...}

For 's contest, which was to draw one of her characters in either a Dreamland, Nightmare, or Reality theme. For this one I chose Nightmare.

I wanted to enter a piece into all three categories but I got the deadline wrong in my head so I didn't have time to do the other two.
In fact, I'm pretty sure this one is late. xD
Also, I chose her character Loretta.

Originally I just wanted to draw her as a monster, but somehow the Calestine build showed up. I vowed I would never draw someone else's character in the form of the Calestine, but I liked the result. Plus Nehmii is awesome so she can be an exception.

I guess the scenario for this is Loretta got lost in a graveyard and she somehow got the Mystic Spirit of Hatred and Pity trapped in her soul...?
