Round 2: Part 7

I didn't know how long it had been since I fell. Neither did I know how long I had been lying there. My mind kept slipping in and out of consciousness; that or I was falling asleep. I couldn't really tell at that point.  

For awhile I just listened to the nearby water; the storm was blowing its surface with an intense vigor, causing waves to clap against each other. I could not see this, but I could hear it clearly. It helped when I realized the rain had slacked up. It no longer fell in relentless sheets, but instead in a heavy drizzle.

I stared into the dog's icy pale eyes. Despite the fear that lingered there, a fierceness lay within them. I knew he wanted to win this. The bird that kept calling from above wanted to win it even more. I did not even know what there was to win.

I sized up the male while he stood there. Del, which I gathered was his name, was slightly taller than me but did not appear too much stronger. Perhaps I outweighed him enough to make up the difference. His injuries would prove to be less than helpful for him, at least I imagined. It didn't matter though; I did not want to fight. I did not entirely want

Stamp for my favorite band RED, who produce Christian-rock based music with some of the most amazing lyrics and sound I've come across. However, you don't have to be Christian to enjoy their music cause they certainly don't hold a generic religious sound; they range between alternative rock, heavy metal, and grunge! Their music is just inspiring for me and I know so many others who feel the same! So I hope this stamp can be enjoyed by all of you. ;)
