WSD Wars: Bigwig

Just for future reference, at the time I started this "project" I really had quite a disliking to the TV series. However, at current time I don't so-much dislike the series as much as I like poking fun of it. So just know I'm not out to "hate on" the series. Though I still heavily prefer the film over the series. Though the book is by-far the best. Of course~ <3

Those who are Watership Down fans will hopefully enjoy this series of pictures I plan on eventually getting completed. This series will involve character comparisons between the 1978 animated film and the 1999 animated television show (1st and 2nd season only). More preferably making fun of the show, because it has quite a lot of things to poke fun at (and yes I know Richard Adams did approve of it). Here's a useful review to get a basic idea of the differences between the two. (It mainly involves the film and is a bit bias but I digress.)

Bigwig (Thayli)

One thing the TV series seemed to get right about Bigwig was that he was a tough rabbit that didn't particularly take crap from anyone most of the time.

But as far as designs go... Wow. The first thing people notice is he has a lion's mane. Ok, he's a wild rabbit, not an Angora rabbit.

_{*AlphaShampoo-Artemis and I also noticed in the first couple episodes his tail continued to change from having a black tip to just having a black top half. But that's irrelevant~}

At least his over-the-top anger spasms had a decent comic relief in the show. Too bad it got old after the 14th time he did it.
